What made the biggest impression on day one?

“It’s really clear that Expo Real is one of the biggest property fairs in the world. From the time it opened, 9am through until 6pm, we were busy talking to all the interested visitors.”

Germany is one of Sweden’s most important export markets, how are the interest levels in the Gothenburg region from German visitors?

“We’ve experienced a lot of interest. Surprisingly, many visitors are aware of the developments taking place. Our international marketing and our participation at international fairs are starting to yield results.”

What is attracting the most interest?

“Our model of the RiverCity development really attracts and sparks great interest. But even the fact that around EUR 100 billion will be invested in the Gothenburg region through until 2035 creates big interest.”

This year we have a stand together with Stockholm, how is that working out?

“It works really well and it’s clear that both Gothenburg and Stockholm benefit from having a joint stand. We present to each other the contacts we create and in that way give the visitors even better service. I am completely convinced that this is the best way to exhibit at Expo Real. It’s also a bonus that it’s nice to work together.
